At ThePersona, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
Your order will be delivered within 3–5 business days.

When it arrives, you can check it while the courier is still with you. If you’re happy with it, keep it. If not, you can simply return it with the courier on the spot.

Once the courier leaves, we won’t be able to accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please note that shipping fees apply in all cases and are non-refundable.
